A longtime customer needed a mixer replaced but had limited shutdown time and the access to the location of the existing mixer was limited. The old mixer was cut into pieces in order to be removed and the new Bühler Batch Mixer AHML 6300 was modified to fit by being installed in sections. We were able to get the new mixer in and reassembled with the electrical reworks complete in ample time, and gave them a more advanced solution that increased the product quality and throughput. The result was a happy customer!
