A customer needed a brand new automated premix plant complete with new ingredient bins, a mixer, microbins and tote system. The plant required a new electrical room, MCC, and substation. This needed to be done in the existing production area with as little disruption to production as possible. We completed the job while the plant was still running and only required a one week shutdown to transition from old to new.
